• UPU - The Universal Postal Union is a specialized agency of the United Nations and a forum for cooperation between agents of the portal sector, of which we are founding members. CTT follows, in particular, the work of the POC Committees and of some Groups considered priority for the company, namely those related to Remuneration, Road Safety and Opening of the UPU.
• PostEurop – Associação dos Operadores Postais Públicos Europeus -
  In the Association of European Public Postal Operators, we hold the positions of Chairman of the Innovation Forum and Vice-Chairman of the Environment working group. CTT has already been awarded twice with PostEurop's Coups de Coeur Award, in the Environment category.
• UPAEP – European Public Postal Operators Association - Currently we are members of the Board and we lead the Innovation Forum and Co-lead the Environment Working Group.
• Global Compact – The adhesion to the United Nations Global Compact implies the subscription of its 10 Principles.
• Euromed – Postal Union of the Mediterranean
• AICEP –  International Association for Portuguese-Speaking Communications  -  We have held the presidency since 2009
