On the page dedicated to suppliers, whether current or potential, it is possible to request the introduction of an account in the Ariba system, gaining access to the entire purchasing flow, as well as all the documents relating to CTT Group purchases, namely CTT's sustainable purchasing policy.

Currently, 99 per cent of our purchases come from Iberian companies. In other words, practically all our purchases come from local suppliers.

Environmental and social criteria

We use 98.1% environmental criteria in our pre-contractual selection procedures.

With regard to social criteria, CTT is committed to its policy of ensuring scrupulous compliance with labour regulations and respect for human rights.

Characterisation of our suppliers

The group with the highest percentage of value awarded is "Engineering and Research and Technology-Based Services" with 24.8 per cent of the value awarded, followed by "Publishing, Design, Graphics and Fine Arts Services" with 21.7 per cent, and "Information Technology, Broadcasting and Telecommunications" with 23 per cent. The rest account for 30.5 per cent.

Responsible procurement policy

We have a Responsible Procurement Policy which aims to promote the improvement of environmental and social aspects of the value chain through the involvement of our suppliers. It covers areas such as:

• ethics
• health and safety at work
• environmental issues
• social and human rights
• business continuity.

This policy applies to all our suppliers, is integrated into our tender documents and includes a cancellation clause for non-compliance.
