In the scope of one of its major priorities, to protect all its employees, and especially this year of Covi-19 pandemics, CTT presented a campaign to prevent seasonable influenza by co-financing the vaccine’s cost.

All employees interested and with a doctor’s prescription may join this campaign for 3.90€, which is half the public price of this vaccine.

This campaign is a partnership with the National Pharmacies Association (ANF), enabling the vaccine to be taken at any of the 2.800 Portuguese pharmacies that are part of the ANF network. All safety and reservation protocols are ensured.

This vaccine is recommended by the Health Ministry, and is currently free at the Healthcare Centers exclusively to the elderly (over 64 years-old), people with diabetes, on a dialysis, with down syndrome, transplanted or healthcare workers. With this campaign CTT intends to ensure its employees’ health. The seasonal influenza vaccine is considered as the main flu prevention measure.

From the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemics that CTT has ensured parcels and mail delivery, and has worked hard to continue the provision of its services at the post offices.
