This project aims to allow customers of the FNAC Restart (mobile phone reconditioning service) to try to sell their mobile phones through a completely digital process. Until now, customers only used to sell them in stores. With this solution, they will be able to do it anywhere, even if they don't have access to a store. This service is made possible by using the LOOP platform and CTT's logistical capacity with the inclusion of more than 2600 delivery points where customers will deliver the equipment they have sold for reconditioning.
