On November 7th, at Quinta da Pimenteira in Lisbon - as part of CTT e-Commerce Day -, CTT's 1520 StartUProgram had the opportunity to launch the 2024 edition of the CTT 1520 Roundtable. At this event, it was possible to share ideas and experiences in the startup ecosystem on the topic “Discover how AI-drive startups are revolutionizing e-commerce, from customer personalization to smart logistics.”

To this end, we had speakers from 4 startups that introduced different approaches: Agentif.ai, Data4deals, Dingoo and The Loop. From the experience reports, it was possible to understand the importance that AI assumes in each startup's business model, from streamlining operations to data monetization.
